Listening is one of the most important skills any of us can develop throughout our lives. The International Listening Association can be found here: http://www.listen.org/Templates/try_new.htm

Understanding different personality types can be helpful as long as you focus on these concepts as ways to build understanding, rather than getting hung up on categorizing people. A couple I like are the Myers-Briggs and Enneagram systems. There are so many books and sites on the Ennegram, I'll leave that for you to discover. There is an actual Myers-Briggs Foundation you can explore here: http://www.myersbriggs.org

If you are gay or lesbian and want support coming out, there is help, even if you are currently in a straight relationship. Check out: http://www.discoveringpride.com. Pat has been through the process herself and understands the emotional as well as practical considerations you are facing.

If you prefer to be coached in Spanish, Arabic or French or know someone who would, Fady in Barcelona is a great place to start. You can reach him through is website at: http://www.fadybujana.com/Bienvenida.html

If you have ever thought about meditating or tried it but couldn't seem to get the hang of it, I also offer meditation instruction and coaching. You can learn more about it here: http://www.invitationtomeditation.com

If you like this website and want one of your own, you can reach the very talented Genesis Moss at her website:
