I worked in an intense corporate environment for a Wall Street firm for five years and I have also worn all the hats in my own business for over twelve years. These experiences help me understand the challenges you may face in either of those environments.
I offer one-on-one phone coaching, business alignment services, which combine coaching with consulting, and occasional classes. When coaching is ongoing and open-ended, it can be difficult to maintain momentum, so I encourage structuring breaks into the process to allow rest and integration.
In the west we have a tendency to go, go, go and then burn out. The breaks between sessions allow you to comfortably access the intensity of sprinting through projects because you do not have to conserve your energy the same way you would if you didn't know when a break was coming up.
There are different approaches to coaching. Some clients just want to work with me one on one. Others want me to gather information from the people in their lives and incorporate that information into their process. And in some cases, technology can be used to create a situation I call reflective coaching.
Business alignment is generally a hybrid between coaching and consulting. I gather information about the business through interviews and utilize that information to help resolve the issues interfering with the smooth flow of work.
Often the last step of a business alignment will include classes to support everyone involved in maintaining new habits.
Every person or business is unique, so we can tailor a program to suit your needs and make adjustments as your needs change.
